چکیده
Objective — to study endothelial alterations at the level of microcirculatory section blood circulation system in patients with diabetes mellitus by using capillaroscopy comprehensive examination.
Materials and methods. The clinical examination was performed involvement 37 type 1 2 mellitus, aged 21 65 years, various manifestations severity disease. have been assigned into two groups. first group (control) consisted 12 without diabetes, second (study group) included mellitus. state bed lower extremities estimated Dino‑Lite MEDL4N5 Pro capillaroscope (Netherlands).
Results. analysis indicators skin microcirculation showed that both quantitative qualitative changes were observed compared control group. color background changed from pale pink deep red, a severe form it even had grayish tint. Various size shape capillaries capillary loops registered, indicating processes destruction neoangiogenesis. structural especially prominent clinically pronounced symptoms. most frequent detected spiral‑twisted capillaries. pattern venous network more pronounced; spastic altered shortened arterial genua conjoined dilated tortuous ones; aneurysmal dilatations arterio‑venous anastomoses common. In addition, capillaroscopic makes possible observe decrease number capillaries, which is expressed varying degrees, up formation so‑called avascular areas. Blood flow granular, intermittent, its velocity slowed down.
Conclusions. diabetic microangiopathy directly proportional duration use predict probability development degree expressiveness different periods disease.

Retinal microcirculation in patients with diabetes mellitus: dynamic and morphological analysis of perifoveal capillary network.
The new scanning laser technique allows one to quantify the retinal microcirculation. A digital image analysing system was used to study capillary blood flow velocities and morphological parameters of perifoveal intercapillary areas and foveal avascular zones in normal and diabetic subjects. Diabetic patients showed a significant reduction in capillary blood cell velocities in comparison with n...

متن کاملRetinal Capillary Rarefaction in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus
PURPOSE In diabetes mellitus type 2, capillary rarefaction plays a pivotal role in the pathogenesis of end-organ damage. We investigated retinal capillary density in patients with early disease. METHODS This cross-sectional study compares retinal capillary rarefaction determined by intercapillary distance (ICD) and capillary area (CapA), measured non-invasively and in vivo by scanning laser D...
